The AM Vase is about 12 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter. It has rings of porcelian slip applied while wet, then the rings are stroked with a finger to allow the brown glaze to drip during firing, creating a unique pattern.
The original AM Vase was made for Aunt Margaret, and was intended to be a unique gift. Being so pleased with the design, she suggested that more be made and offered to the public.
